As summer comes to an end, there is still time to enjoy all the outdoor amenities and community spaces at the Apartments at Spence Crossing. Our residents enjoy mingling at the clubhouse, lounging by the pool, or taking advantage of our sprawling neighborhood walking paths.
The resort-style pool at Spence Crossing is a feature that everyone enjoys! Residents of all ages can spend their summer days parked in a lounge chair with a book or magazine and cooling off in the water. The graded pool entry means that even the youngest swimmers will feel comfortable easing into the shallow end to play in the water as they build confidence in their swimming abilities. The perimeter of the pool features built-in seating, so that residents can sit and chat if they just want to relax.
The pool deck wouldn’t be complete without the outdoor kitchen and grilling station, which residents can use to prepare a summer meal. Whether it’s burgers and dogs, or asian-fusion kabobs, everyone is invited to sharpen their culinary skills. The grilling station features two grills and plenty of prep space on the granite counter tops, so there’s plenty of room for anyone who is looking to prepare a meal. The open-air kitchen has a sink and even more counter space, so your friends and family can pull up a stool and watch the chef at work.
If you’re ready to hop out of the pool, you can relax in one of two cabanas with outdoor couches under the pergola. They back up to the pond in the center of the community, and there are even bench swings where you can admire the colorful garden and soak up vacation vibes in this resort-style setting.
The clubhouse is a common area where residents can gather. Board games are available, as well as a complimentary coffee bar and free wifi! So if you’re working from home and you need a change of scenery, head down to the clubhouse! If you’re spending a day at the pool and you’re seeking a break from the sun, the clubhouse is a great place to cool down.
Adjacent to the clubhouse is our Fitness Center, which is open 24 hours a day. Featuring free weights, stationary bikes, treadmills, resistance machines, and elliptical machines you can work on cardio and strength training in one place. The Bark Park and Playground are open year-round for residents at The Apartments at Spence Crossing. Both are enclosed spaces, designed with fun (and safety) in mind. The Bark Park has enough space for your pup to play a hearty game of fetch, and it’s on the perimeter of Spence Crossing, so they can bark their little heart out without bothering the neighbors. And the Tot Lot’s playground has a rubberized ground covering so that little ones have a friendly surface to land on when they’re playing.
